Flame Retardant Pvc Insulated PVC Sheathed Shielded Copper Conductor Control Cable
The control cable KVVP is an industrial signal transmission cable that uses polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as insulation and sheath material, and achieves electromagnetic shielding function through copper wire braided mesh. Its standard structure consists of a quadruple protection system consisting of multiple stranded copper conductors, PVC insulation layer, copper wire braided shielding layer, and PVC outer sheath, suitable for signal transmission in control circuits of 450/750V and below. The cable has the ability to resist strong industrial electromagnetic interference, with a working temperature range of -40 ℃ to+70 ℃ and a bending radius of up to 6 times the outer diameter of the cable. It is widely used in power plant monitoring, intelligent building equipment, and metallurgical automation
Structural composition
KVVP cable adopts a layered protection system design:
Conductor layer: made of multiple strands of fine copper wire twisted together, with a specification covering 0.5-2.5mm ²
Insulation layer: The conductor is wrapped in polyvinyl chloride material to achieve electrical isolation
Shielding layer: A high-density copper wire mesh is woven outside the insulation layer to form a 360 degree electromagnetic shielding
Sheath layer: The outer PVC sheath provides mechanical protection and environmental isolation
Technical Parameter
The core performance indicators of cables include:
Electrical performance: conductor DC resistance ≤ 7.41 Ω/km (20 ℃), insulation resistance ≥ 0.6M Ω· km
Electromagnetic shielding: weaving density ≥ 85%, capable of attenuating electromagnetic interference by more than 30dB
Mechanical characteristics: allowable maximum tensile strength ≥ 12.5N/mm ²
Temperature tolerance range: Long term working temperature of 70 ℃, short-term tolerance of 105 ℃
Bending performance: The minimum bending radius for unarmored structures is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable, while for shielded structures it needs to reach 12 times
